Introduction
Claudia Rose Brown graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree from the College of Wooster and received her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Case Western Reserve University. As a licensed social worker, she has worked with seniors in nursing home, hospital and home care settings. In addition, she worked as a case manager/assessor at the Western Reserve Area Agency in Aging.
She received her Juris Doctor at Cleveland Marshall College of Law. As an attorney with over 16 years of experience in elder law, she combines her social work skills with her legal expertise to take a holistic approach in assisting her clients as they navigate a path through successful aging. Her practice focuses on estate planning, guardianship, probate, long-term care and Medicaid planning.
She is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and Cleveland Metropolitan and Lake County Bar Associations. She serves as an Elder, Clerk of Session, and Children’s Ministry Coordinator at Christ Presbyterian Church in Chesterland, Ohio. She is also a Cub Scout Den Leader for Pack 3104 in Chesterland. In her spare time she enjoys tooling around their campground in her golf cart with her husband, son and pug.
