Introduction

Joseph Baker is a Partner in the law firm of Schraff Thomas Law, LLC. A seasoned litigator and trial lawyer who practices in all areas of litigation, he represents plaintiffs and defendants in the areas of probate and estate litigation, employment litigation, securities litigation, broker-dealer arbitration, non-compete litigation, and white-collar criminal defense.

Joseph is an active member of the Bar and his community, serving as a member of the Geauga County Bar Association and an arbitrator for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority. He is a Board member of the Chagrin Falls Soccer Association and the Chagrin Falls Dad’s Club. Joseph is also a member of Chagrin Valley Jaycees and coaches youth soccer and basketball.

He is admitted to practice in all Courts of the State of Ohio, The U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio, the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts for the Northern District of Ohio, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Joseph lives in Chagrin Falls with his wife Sharon Baker and his twin boys Nolan and Cooper.
